Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:
Access & Portability
Request a copy of your personal data in a portable format
Correction
Request correction of inaccurate personal information
Deletion
Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal requirements)
Opt-Out
Opt out of marketing communications and certain data processing
Cookies & Tracking
This website itself does not set cookies, run analytics, or track your browsing activity. We do not analyze traffic patterns or personalize content based on your behaviour.
The one exception is our embedded booking tool. If you choose to book a call from the Contact page, our scheduling provider (Zoho Bookings) sets a single session cookie on its own domain to run that widget. It only loads, and that cookie is only set, after you give consent - if you decline or haven't chosen yet, the booking widget doesn't load and no request is made to Zoho at all. You can still open Zoho's booking page directly in a new tab instead, which is entirely outside this site's control.
You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Form Protection with Cloudflare Turnstile
Our contact and demo request forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. As part of this, Cloudflare processes limited technical information from your browser for that purpose - see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details. Form submissions are stored in our database, and for rate-limiting purposes we retain a hashed, non-reversible form of the submitter's IP address - the raw address is never stored.
